Introduction to Report a Problem- Read before posting

Please use this forum responsibly, do not post useless problems ( i.e. I don't like the colors OR too many smiley faces). Or something like that, and PLEASE do not post any problems with the MEMBERS. ALL MEMBER-RELATED PROBLEMS GO TO THE LEADER OF THE DIVISION THAT PERSON BELONGS TO. Member-related problems that are posted will be removed, because i don't want personal issues to be publicized.
